This season we have brought back our favourite Aerial Yoga classes and added a few more.
Aerial Yoga for Beginners
New to Aerial yoga and want to see what it’s like with your feet off the ground? Introduce your body to the benefits of spine strengthening, as well as a hands on approach to get you comfortable with your hammock. Classes available daily.
Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays 11am-12pm
Mondays & Wednesday 5-6pm
Aerial Yoga Core
All about the abs. Designed to strengthen the core while increasing strength,and lengthening the spine in flowing sequences. In this dynamic class you will activate the core in order to add to your handstand practice.
Monday 12:00-1:00pm, Wednesday 6:00-7:00 pm
Flow to the rhythm in a choreographed sequence. Your feet will never want to touch the ground. Helps strengthen coordination and focus. Open to all.
Thursdays 5:00-6:00pm Saturdays 6:00-7:00pm
Flips, tricks and balance. Access poses that might be difficult to access, in a supported manner. Open to all.

Aerial Yoga meets Yin Yoga. A state of total relaxation, each pose is held for a longer time to get more stretch and surrender. The hammock is lowered to knee level to allow a deeper and more comfortable stretch. This class is suitable to all ages. 90min
Tuesdays & Fridays 4:00-5:30pm
Pregnant ladies this is your Aerial class. Recommended for 2nd and 3rd trimester ladies. Want to feel light again? Let the hammock lift you and support you in a way that's been missed.
