• For your safety, we kindly request that you arrive without any jewelry or accessories, as they may damage the hammock.
Location: Find us at the Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa. Once you’re inside the hotel, head towards the beach area. For convenient parking tips, check out our “Directions” highlight on Instagram. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your class to ensure your hammock is adjusted to your height.
